- Founded in 2000 with no funding and a small dedicated group of alumni
- Established 2 $1,000 scholarships and 2 $500 scholarships for graduating seniors
- Awarded over $15,000 in scholarships in 6 years
- Developed a website and Facebook account for communication and social networking
- Hosted a 7 day, 100th anniversary celebration with 4,000 attendees
- Sponsored 5 all-alumni reunions
- Support Relay for Life, Ford City football and basketball, local fundraisers, and families in need
- Created the Coach Hube Rupert youth basketball camp for grades 4-12 providing instruction and advanced skills by top college coaches and alumni
- Provided basketball camp scholarships to students with limited financial means
- Petitioned and received approval for the naming of the Ford City High School baseball field to Don Mains Field
- Petitioned and received approval for the naming of the Ford City High School basketball court to Coach Hube Rupert Court.
- Honor our military alumni with a virtual Wall of Honor
- Preservation of the traditions and history of FCHS through memorabilia collections
- Publish semi-annual email newsletters highlighting notable alumni, class reunions, past and present sports, messages from classmates, etc.
- Annually recognize and honor FCHS grads who have dedicated their lives to the betterment of their school, community and/or nation
- Recognize accomplished athletes who have been inducted into the Ford City Sports Hall of Fame
